The metal inserts do fit the bag, all you have to do is put them in the correct way.Instead of trying to put the wires in the bottom and top of the bag, put them in so that they criss cross on the sides of the bag. This gives them structual integrety on all four sides.Put the wires together to create a rectangle, place the wire in so that the rectangle is velcroed in place at the bottom and at the top of the opposet side. do this to both sides of the bag and the bag will stand upright and be more user friendly, and it will be easier to put the ornament holders in place.I really like the product, but I also had trouble with the wires and had to look at the item online and figure it out from there. There definetly needs to be better instructions with this product to avoid this frustrating problem in the future. otherwise, I really like this product and trust it will protct our precious ornaments for years to come.

The frame to hold it up doesnot fit, no instruction on how to insert properly. Not enough dividers to assemble trays to hold the "24" 4-inch ornaments per tray, only enough cardboard pieces to have one tray hold 24, all the rest leave large canvernous openings. A strong bag and once trays in, will work functionally.

This is is good ornament keeper. I did find the instructions just a bit confusing and it took awhile to figure out how the metal frame fit into the bag. But the construction of the bag itself seems very durable and the pockets for the ornaments are good sized. Overall, for the price a great ornament storage solution.

The only problem I have is the metal frames to hold the bag up do not fit the bag. They are too big. This just makes it a bit difficult to load and unload the trays - but it's still manageable. Otherwise, the product is wonderful and I still highly recommend it.
