I ordered the black mother of pearl ring and it arrived today and it's beautiful! I think the fact that it's a doublet, the mother of pearl protected with the clear crystal on top to protect it is a smart idea as mother of pearl is very fragile and would not be practical in a ring that gets knocked about on your hand. Very large presence on the finger, beautiful elongated oval makes my finger look longer, and the colours of the mother of pearl are stunning, and with the split shank, it's very comfortable and supported on the finger. Very nice quality for the very reasonable price.
