Suggested Usage:
This pencil boasts lasting pigments that release upon contact with the brows, while the soft waxes allow the pigments to fasten to the hair, subtly building volume and providing light hold.
• Start with the retractable mechanical powder pencil, only twist up slightly until the product reveals itself
• Begin applying in the fullest part of your brow; simply fill in your brows using short strokes
• Turning the tip vertically allows you to draw individual hairs
• When brows are defined to perfection, use the brush on the other end of the component to groom the brows into place
