What it does:
The lightweight, extremely comfortable formula feels cool and refreshing upon application and has immense staying power. The specifically engineered, slanted, flock tip applicator glides on for even product application. Its easy to apply, blendable and buildable consistency will allow you to layer color for an intensified hue. Lips are hydrated with the power vitamin E and green tea extract that produces a non-drying, non-bleeding formula.

Suggested Usage:
Envelop your lips in a sheer wash of colour that won't budge!
• To initiate product upon first use, twist base until lip colour emerges on slanted, flock tip applicator
• For best use, when applying, apply to lip surface free of lip balm
• Start in the middle of the lip and blend outward towards edges
• To intensify the hue, wait until the first application dries and apply a second application
