This product would get 5 stars if they used better quality material. The mop handle broke about 31 days after getting the product. There are no replacement parts for this item. You must purchase the entire set all over. The Shopping Channel doesn't have any contact information for this company to contact them directly for replacement parts. Works realy good until the handle breaks and then you are screwed. I have recommended this item to many friends and family as I loved it, we are now all in the same situation a usless broken product with no customer service or replacement parts.

I like this product very much but the handle on the mop is so inferior. I will have to purchase both mop and bucket so I will have a workable mop I DO NOT NEED TWO BUCKETS! Please make a replacement mop

This mop is very cheaply made. It cleans great but is useless when the mop head base breaks in three months. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this mop and bucket in July 2012... I liked it... 5 months later, it is garbage. Just a couple of months after the purchase I started to notice the hardware on bucket was rusting. I thought it odd that a bucket that is meant to be with water, would have non-stainless hardware. Just a couple of weeks ago, I had to leave the bucket unattended when the phone rang... it turned into a rather lengthy call. When I returned to my mop and bucket... there was water all over the floor. Not believing it could be a leaky bucket... I set the bucket on a towel, and watch as it slowly leaks from the rusty hardware. It was not overfilled... just using it like a bucket. It is now garbage, and the mop is of no use on it's own.

Not happy with this product at all... and I hope the Shopping Channel reads these reviews, and although will not have the item returned because it has been 5 months... at least consider removing this item from their inventory...

Purchased this mop, works fantastic and definately shortens "moppping time" - only one problem the handle breaks in the centre and you cannot replace it - tried calling the mfg. and got no satisfaction at all - what good is a mop without a handle. Replacement parts should be made available or make the handle out of something other than plastic so it will not break.

This is a fantastic product! Every home that has ANY amount of floor not covered with a carpet absolutely needs one of these mops. Super easy to use and EXCELLENT results with very little effort. There is no need to apply any pressure on the mop at all and the floors are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
Great product for ANY person or level of mobility as bending is not ever needed. No more being on hands and knees for a great clean floor :) GOODBYE old bucket and Swiffer forever! I will not miss you with the Spin Mop in my hand

i have 3 . one for our condo and 2 for our rental property in barbados . great for cleaning all types of floors ,vinyl, hardwoods, and tile.easy to use.as you can spin the the mop to the degree of dryness or wetness required for the surface.no more wringing out the old mop. great for people who have arthritis as the mop is wrung out by the spinner. it would be nice if the bucket had wheels.
