Hush Puppies Clyburn Low Ankle Bootie with Faux Fur Trim

I bought these because I have an extremely high arch and ankles out of proportion with my small feet. Other reviews suggested these might work for me feet. I ordered a half size larger than my shoe size and they fit well. They also look better in real life than they do in the photos. The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is that I miss the coziness of my Ugg boots I can no longer work my foot into. If Hush Puppies were to use genuine sheepskin lining, I would be in heaven. As is they are fine in Vancouver but I'm not sure they would be warm enough in a Montreal winter.

I ordered these because they were the showstopper. I thought they would be a good thing for days that aren't too cold or running to the store. When they arrived I thought they were too thin to be of much good but boy was I wrong. I agree with others they might be a little snug at first to get on especially if you have a high arch. I find myself wearing them everyday as they are just perfect. They keep my foot warm but not too hot and are very light weight and comfortable to wear.

Can use my orthotic when needed or leave as is. Ordered my usual size 8 and they fit perfectly. Love the side zipper for easy entry. Bought both black and brown and they are casual yet can be used for flat dress up too. With leggings I top them off with a fur leg warmer and they look very apres ski as well. Love them!!

As I have a high arch and wear orthotics, I found them difficult to put on. I found a secret to it; roll down the back to the "counter" and put your foot in...the counter will roll back up in place and all will be well! I love them and wear them often in the wet and snow we have here..better than shoes! Take care of them and they will take care of your feet. I may buy another pair of Hush Puppies in the coming sale.

I too noticed that like some of your other reviewers I found the fitting a little on the large size not really a problem as I can wear a thicker sock or an insole Over all I am pleased with these boots, both warm & comfotable.

Love these boots. I bought the green colour and have had lots of compliments. While I was not in the market for boots, I couldn't help myself when I saw the colours and the availability of size 5 and 5.5. Thank you for these smaller sizes!! Keep them coming!

I was totally unimpressed with the comfort of this boot. I also ordered a pair of Cougar boots for my daughter and they were better made and VERY comfortable. Keeping the Cougars, sending the Hush Puppies Back. Not worth the cost.

I ordered one pair of these in green for me, and another for my University-aged daughter in the light brown, which is really a reddish-chestnut--very pretty colour. Yesterday, the two of us were out putting up the Halloween decorations in 4 degree C weather, and we both had warm, dry feet! We love these booties. Great price, great value!

These boots are really cute. Wanted to keep them but as another viewer stated, the vamp across the top is quite tight and hurt my feet. Very tight to squeeze foot into boot but once fine once you get in. Was afraid I was going to rip boot before my foot got in. Alas they will have to go back.

I ordered my regular size 8 in light brown and they are way too big. I like the colour. Now, I am debating ether I keep them and wear with thick socks or send them back.
