Nori iSteam with Accessories

I bought one of these steamers last year we use it everyday to steam our tops and dresses. Wrinkles just fall out of the clothes it's awesome!!! My daughter moved out and I got her one as a house warming because she couldn't live without it. Not sure how it does with cleaning the house, never tried it probably never will but it makes me look good and that's why I got it :)

unfortunatly this machine doesn't work for me. I bought it in December 2011 as a showstopper and I was really excited to use it. Its not easy to assemble and extremely difficult to use. And stops after sometime . This is only item i ever purchased from shopping channel tnat never worker for me . Otherwise i am a very happy custommer of TSC.

Unfortunately I couldnt return it in 30 days and now I am stuck with it. I never recommend anyone to buy this.

Bought a few month ago, very low pressure for cleaning anything. left marks on bathroom mirror. Did not clean anything. Not hot enough, i was even able to touch the steam with my hand and it felt not hot at all.
waste of money and time.
Never buying a Nori Brand again.

The steam cleaning action is very effective in taking out wrinkles from clothing. Using the steam cleaning action to sterilize around bathroom fixtures and sink and tub is easy and thorough. The fittings however are not well designed or engineered.

I purchased this product end of December 2011 and relieved it in January. I used it once early on for cleaning and thought it was okay. In March, while steaming hardwood flooring the pvc tubing inside the mop became detached rendering the mop head (and hence the carpet steaming) attachment useless. I tried numerous methods to reattach it including trying to undo the mop head as the problem was inside the mop head but all to no avail. I tried to get in touch with customer service to at best have them fix it and at worst to purchase a replacement head but the Website's 'Contact Us' email is nonfunctional leaving your only choice to call Taiwan!!! If I knew this at the time of purchase, i.e. no North American service agents/depots, I would not have purchased the appliance. So unless you will be satisfied with a glorified steam iron don't bother. I suppose it was too good to be true.

I have used this product to steam just about everything and find that it works very well. I love using it to steam clean/freshen up my winter coats and boots. It does a great job of taking lint off my coats and salt stains off my boots. The only issue I have with it is that it sometimes tips over on me while I'm using it

I would send this back if it wasn't past the 30 days. I find it difficult to move around. I found the handle (when using the floor attachment) came loose very easy. I tried to go to the website to find out why the steam doesn't come through the floor attachement and it doesn't come up in any of my search engines.

I bought this product the first week of January, but have not used it as every time I have, I was disappointed with the results. This is my first purchase of a multi-use steam cleaner, so I'm not sure if I was expecting too much from it. I tried to use it to steam the wrinkles out of my polyester shirt, and although it softened the wrinkles, it couldn't get them out, and it was taking forever (after 15 minutes of steaming the same shirt and getting nothing but a damp wrinkly shirt, I gave up and used my iron). I then tried to clean some dried on / burned food on my stove using the round brush attachments, and that didn't work either, so again I gave up - if it couldn't clean that, then I don't know how you could ever clean a bbq grill. Although this is suppose to be safe on hard wood floors, I would not dare to try it now. I'm going to try the squeegee attachment this spring on my windows, but so far, I am very disappointed. Even if the squeegee part works, in my opinion, this product is not worth purchasing.

Not enough pressure to clean floor tile grouting or carpets. I was disappointed.

This product is very heavy, and tends to overheat very quickly. It's also very, very, awkward to use. I will most certainly be returning mine.
