Most gift items purchased as of October 19, 2012 can be returned until January 14, 2013. Returned gift items must still meet all other returns criteria, and be received at our warehouse by no later than January 14th to be processed. So, please ensure you return ship your item with enough time for it to reach our warehouse by this date. While the Extended Holiday Returns program covers most holiday gift items, the following items are excluded, meaning our normal, 30-day return policy applies.

Exclusions: Fashions: all fashions including, but not limited to tops and blouses, sweaters, bottoms, outerwear, active wear, shapewear, beachwear, and fashion accessories such as hats, gloves, sunglasses, belts and umbrellas are excluded from the Extended Holiday Return policy. Handbags & Shoes: all handbags and shoes, wallets, reading glasses, business and travel accessories are excluded from the Extended Holiday Return policy. Returns on slippers will however be accepted until January 14th. Holiday Merchandise, all holiday themed merchandise including: trees, wreaths & garlands, ornaments, table accents (themed linens, dinner & tableware etc.),
gift wrap, outdoor and indoor decor (such as holiday globes, etc.) and holiday storage are excluded from the Extended Holiday Return policy. So, happy holidays, happy shopping and happy returns from your friends at The Shopping Channel!
