Janome Set of 25 Pink Bobbins in Case

Must say I love the color, I quilt, having this amount of bobbins allows me to preload, so when Im on a roll and in the sewing mood theres no reason to stop and load more bobbins!!

I enjoy these bobbins in a case as they are easy to find and keep in perfect condition with threads not everywhere plus they are easier to know which machine they belong to as I own 4 other brands of machines and cheaper then a retail store.

First and foremost, purchasing manufacturer bobbins is almost always the best way to avoid problems when sewing.

When I first spotted these bobbins, I knew I had to have them.

If you sew with different threads, these are the perfect solution to keeping them organized and if you should drop a bundle of bobbins, the pink tells you immediately what thread is loaded on the bobbin and no worries about trying to figure out what weight thread is on your bobbin.

I do a lot of embroidery, quilting and regular sewing and keeping bobbins organized by thread type can be a challenge at the best of times.

I now use the pink bobbins loaded with embroidery thread only [I wind several at a time, as it gets used up very quickly in embroidery] and I keep the clear bobbins for regular sewing.

It was because these bobbins were a different colour that I purchased them! It wouldn't have really mattered what colour they were, but pink being one of my favourite accent colours was an added bonus. Another sewing studio addition that makes my sewing projects just a little easier!

I would love to see a full range of coloured bobbins! I could colour code my cotton, poly, silk, embroidery and all my threads and never have to worry about what thread is on which bobbin or even worse... spend hours trying to figure out which thread is on my bobbin!

For now, I will have to settle for separate storage boxes for all of my other wound bobbins, but Janome, if you are listening... a full range of colours would be perfect!

I have an Elna sewing machine that came with a small quantity of bobbins. I purchased some no-name bobbins for it and was disappointed. Then these Janome bobbins were being offered at the Shopping Channel. I decided to give them a try. They are great :)

Work great with the Janome machine and the case is convenient to keep the Janome bobbins separated from other styles of bobbins you might have. I am not a huge fan of the pink though. They put a pink glare of the thread so it is harder to tell similar colors (black from navy) at a quick glance and what color is in your machine since you have to look through the pink. Not a deal breaker, but if I had the choice I would choose clear
