I will be 60 next month,it is challenging but feel myself getting stronger everday,i have the last 10lbs to loose don't know why but is difficult....... yes jullian yells but we would not be motivated to push ourselves if she was too nice3 and 4 is hard so I am sure the other levels will be a workout ..would recommend if you are ready to work love it

I absolutely love this DVD collection! One of the best at-home exercise DVDs I have purchased to date. Jillian is very motivating and hilarious! She explains and demonstrates how to do different levels of each exercise. Thirty minutes flies by . . . trust me! Do NOT hesitate to purchase this - guaranteed you will lose inches!

I am 52 years old and just purchased this product. Unlike the other viewer I don't think 52 is old!! lol I started by following her 7 day kick start diet. I followed the diet exactly and I lost 5 lbs. that first week. Then I started with the actualy workout. I am not following her diet plan now, however I am cooking some of her recipies and I continue to have breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. (no cheating!!!) The workout is great, fun and I feel stronger everyday. I have now lost 8 lbs. altogether. The workout goes fast so it has been easy to achieve everyday. I can't wait to see how I feel and look at the end of 90 days.
I am so happy that I bought this program. I have just started week 3 and I am down 7 pounds. At first I thought that working out 6 days a week would be impossible but the 30 minutes goes so quickly and it is so much fun. Yes Jillian is tough and yes she yells as many reviewers have posted elsewhere online, but the workouts are so good that it doesn't matter, not to me anyway. And personally I like her style. I am not following the diet plan just eating as clean and healthy as I can. Not that I don't think it is a good plan I just try to eat as healthy as I can and watch my portions anyway. This program is great and I highly recommend it. I would say it is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.

My girlfriend and I are over 50 years old. I am 62 pounds overweight, my friend is 38 pounds overweight.We started Jillian Michaels' workout 4 weeks ago. I have so far lost 16.5 pounds and my girlfriend has lost 14. We are getting stronger everyday. Jillian is SO supportive, encouraging and helps you get through this 30 minute workout.If us "old" girls can do it and start to feel young again, so can you! What do you have to loose..... besides the weight!

Great product! a bit hard for my out of shape body but I'm thrilled of the results...it's been two weeks and I feel the difrence. Jillian is motivating and keeps me entertained.
