Robe évasée Joan Rivers en crêpe

This dress is great with a hip belt, big necklaces and bracelets, boots or flats. At 5'3" I spend a lot on alterations but not with this dress. Looks nice with jacket that has 3/4 sleeves. Finish is dull-that is why it screams doll me up.
Dress does run big but I have purchased her clothes previously and know about the sizing.

Ordered the XS and the S. It fits big so returned the S. Did come wrinkled, but a steam with the iron fixed that issue. The black is a matte finish but not dull. I love how it moves and allows for lots of different looks with a change of shoes and accessories. Looks nice over leggings and with tights and boots. The price was certainly right on sale.

Please repeat this style in a slightly longer length for us chubby kneed women.

Loved the material however it does crease which is a BIG disappointment I paid full price for the dress.,which under the circumstances I feel was a little too much for the dress, the style is great and the pockets are even greater.but the creasing of the material is a No No

This is a great dress. I usually wear a size 14 or large but I bought the medium based on how the small looked on Kelly and it fits perfectly. I love that it's lined so I just have to throw it on with no worries about undergarments. Since it's a swing dress it hides a multitude of sins. It was wrinkled out of the package but it ironed up perfectly. I wore it last week with some simple pearls and it was a hit. I will get a lot of wear out of this because of the great fit and the classic style. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

The dress looks smart in the pic and a rich black. However, it is a faded black and garment looks matronly, is very heavy, plus wrinkles just do not come out.

I'm surprized at the rave reviews about this dress. It is a "nice to have" at the sale price. You just never know when it will come in handy! I think the fabric is too dull a black, if you know what I mean. It really needs to be beefed up with the right combination of accessories, patterned hosiery and footwear or boots in my view.

I will be keeping the dress, especially because I bought it at the sale price. I find it very basic and it invites a lot a creativity with accessories since the fabric is very "matte". As for quality, I think the sale price is the right price. I have another Joan dress and it is much, much better quality than this one. Certainly did need a heavy steam job when I took it out of the wrapper.

Joan has done it again you can wear this dress in so many ways fits a little big but it covers any figure flaws.Im 5'2 and the length is good. I love joans clothed i have several pieces in her line. I love that it is handwashable
