I have several watches of Joan's and love them alot. I'm always asked did get them at the TSC and I say yes.

I purchased 2 watches 1 white/gunmetal*1 black/gunmetal and the white/gunmetal did not stay closed. It fell off of my rist*was disappointed with it but my black/gunmetal does work great. I sent back the white/gunmetal to trade it for another black/gunmetal as I love the style and black. The return white/gunmetal was after the 30 days and I wasn't putting up with that.I also bought the blue watch* of Joan Rivers and just love it and haven't had any problems...

I love this watch. I have worn it constantly since I received it and I have not experienced any problems with the clasp yet. I loved the fact that I was able to take the links out for a perfect fit as I have a very small wrist. Would definitely purchase again (I have the black and white one). The face is large and the numbers stand out.

I loved the look of this watch on TV, on-line, and when I got it home. Unfortunately, it would not stay done up. Had to return it after a few days.

I have the black/gun metal and now I know what everyone is talking about. I love the look of the watch, but it cannot be worn without being constantly aware that it has not fallen off. If I am within my 30 days, I'm afraid it has to be returned.

TSC - PLEASE DEAL WITH THESE PROBLEM ITEMS before they affect several shoppers.

I purchased two watches - yesterday the black/rose gold fell off my arm at least twice - the white/rose gold from another of Joan's SS fell off my arm in summer dislodging a gold rim around the watch face, interfering with the arm movement. I agree the watches are quite heavy as well. It seems all the links along each watch are equally loose - I may consider replacing the bracelets since the watch faces themselves are quite attractive and can easily be read. Will not be purchasing any more JR watches.

I really like this watch for the style. I bought the black and white version. What I'm not keen about is the balance between the face and the strap. The face is almost too heavy for the strap size. I can see why reviewers have mentioned that the clasp hasn't stayed closed. I have only worn my on special occasions or with specific outfits and so far it's been fine. I have bought several watches over the years from Joan and she rarely lets us down. I bought a white and black flower necklace from Joan last year and this watch goes great with it!

I must have 20 Joan Rivers watches from over the years and I love them all, but this one is one of my favorites. It is bold and makes a statement aswell as being well made and substantial. I may even go back and order it another color. Love it, love it!!

Like other reviewers I will never waste my money again on a Joan Rivers product. The clasp is faulty and it is too late to return this defective product. I will never order a Joan Rivers product and shame on you Joan and TSC for duping customers and wasting our money.

I ordered two of theses watches. I got one in the rose gold and white and I have worn it a lot, however, I also bought the rose gold and black and the clasp is not sturdy. Had to return that one. The watch looks great but it is a big bulky watch.
So if you prefer a dainty watch, this is not the one for you.

For the most part, I do like this watch..the rose gold with the white and black are very rich looking.
