It works ... but it is part cream part lotion ...

This product does help, no doubt, but the undiluted water does not.

This is really more like a lotion than a cream but works for me nonetheless. I like that this is totally non-greasy.

3"creams" I have received recently are not the same I had bought first time and so on.
This cream has been converted somehow to a lotion.

I keep this shippment and use these "creams" for my hands,and addition to other foot cream.
Magnificent cream has been changed to a huge dissapointmet.

I excpect to be notified when original formulation is back.

I ordered this cream for my granddaughter as she had cracked heels, and the product she was using didn't help her. I had not used this product but I ordered it on the strength of the reviews I read. She loves the product and it is helping her cracked heels.

My daughter and I are both hooked on this product. It is the best foot cream we have ever used and does exactly what it says.

The new price is easy to swallow too. It's a staple in our home and I always make sure we have plenty.

My daughter is hooked on this line of soap as well (Emu Soap) and I have to make sure we don't run out of that either!

I'm applying nightly to my feet and heals. My heels are so dry and cracked this winter. The cream is really making a difference in healing my dryness. The peppermint fragrance is lovely too !

I agree with "prairiedog" that, recently,this cream is more like a lotion - as lasts for much shorter period I used to. I purchased 3 creams (anyway) for the new price and waiting for the delivery.
I hope that the creamy formula... NOT its immitation in a form of lotion, is going to be availaible as soon as possible.
If cream has been transformed into a lotion = new formula ...not the only a "new price".
Sorry, I have liked this foot cream so much that I have had to say as I feel: it is not right to play with customers this way...it is the reason of giving 4 stars today.

I bought this product when it first launched and loved it. I have purchased several tubes since then and always had excellent results - up until recently, that is. I noticed I was not getting quite the same results as before and it occurred to me that perhaps there had been a change in the formulation. I compared the ingredient listing between my new tube and a much older one and sure enough a number of ingredients (i.e. Eucalyptus Leaf Oil, Spearmint Leaf Oil, Cornmint Oil) which were in the original formulation have been removed. This was such a disappointing discovery. I would not recommend this product based on the newer formula. I hope Kalaya will consider bringing back the old creme we loved so much.

As soon as I received this cream I started using it on my own very, very dry feet and it does wonders. It certainly took care of my very cracked heels, no more cracked heels. I also use it for my husbands feet, his feet are not cracked but very dry and blister. The same result absolutely wonderful. Thank you Shopping Channel for a WONDERFUL PRODUCT.
