Suggested usage:
For a whiter, brighter smile:
• Wipe teeth and gum line with teeth cleansing wipe
• Wipe gum lines with vitamin E swab (crack red stripe at end of swab to release vitamin E gel)
• Open pouch and gently place whitening tray into mouth
• After 20 minutes remove tray and discard
• Spit out excess gel, do not rinse
• Repeat steps 1 and 2
