Kenneth Jay Lane Multi Strand Pearl Necklace

I first ordered the pearl necklace in brown (which I absolutely love, it is so beautiful) and had to order the same necklace in purple.

When I have been wearing my KJL pearl necklace with the brown clasp, I have received so many compliments, I had to order it in purple since it will go with many of my wardrobe items and it is also one of my favourite colours any way.

The 8 strand pearl necklace is absolutely stunning. The quality of the pearls is top notch.

In the video shown on line, the necklace was shown as a chocker style and also a four strand long necklace. I personally love the chocker style pearl necklace (18" long) and would find the four strand necklace very uncomfortable to wear. It is NOT designed to be worn like that. (Ask KJL)

If you can wear a chocker style necklace, get this necklace, you will love it. Get your favourite colour or colours (in case), you won't be disappointed. I have the necklace in brown (which is a great neutral and goes with so many colours) and in purple. I absolutely love them both. STUNNING! Classic KJL. PERFECTION!

I ordered the KJL pearl necklace in brown and do find it absolutely stunning. The pearls are so beautiful.

The lenght of the necklace is 18" with no extension. I do find that the necklace fits perfectly and looks great. Also the cabochon stones are beautiful. I like all the colour choices in the necklace but my personal favourite is brown since it is a great neutral that looks great with several colours.

If you are looking for a beautiful pearl necklace, choose your favourite colour and look great wearing it. Get it, you will love it. Also the quality is very good. KJL perfection.

This is a beautiful piece but I agree with the previous reviewer that it was not modeled correctly. The small hook clasp is snug under the blue stones, so it is challenging to do up the clasp if you have a larger neck. When you split the rows of pearls (4 strands on each side), the length is about 34" with the cabochon as the pendant. Worn this way, the clasp can show at the back but it is discreet and fairly attractive for my taste. The pearls have a wonderful finish.

This was my first experience with the Kenneth Jay Lane collection. I was channel hopping & when I clicked on the Shopping Channnel this line was being showcased & Denise was hosting. As a rule there usually is a model wearing the jewellery but not with this showing. When Denise put this necklace on she wore it long by splitting the eight strands with the cabochon hanging in the front. There was also one on display the way it is presented on your website. I received my order today & will also be returning it today. The piece is quite nice. The cabochon is very striking & the necklace is very well made. However my decision to return is based on wearability. To wear it long like Denise had leaves half a closure exposed at the back of the neck. If it's worn in the traditional manner I find it too uncomfortable & that's because it's actually eight strands. So back it goes.
