KitchenAid® Pro 600 6qt Stand Mixer with Bonuses, Accessories & $50 Mail-in-Rebate

I purchased this when It was a showstopper. It was actually a shower gift. What an amazing deal. I make a lot of things that require heavy mixing, and it never lets me down from desserts, appetizers, meatloaf and even jello shooters. The 6 quart bowl is amazing when making double batches. I purchased the empire red and it is amazing. This appliance sits on my counter every day.

Do not put certain attachements in the dishwasher. It removed the coating :(

I bought this stand mixer when it was a Showstopper. It's a great mixer, and it's convenient to have a hands free mixer. Two problems for this mixer, the first problem, i didn't find it really scraped the side of the mixing bowl even with the Flex blade. It's even worse with the Wire Whip, when you mixing dry ingredients with wet ingredients, it doesn't mix it properly
The Second Problem I also had a problem was the rebate. It has been a pain to get that $50 back from Kitchen Aid.

I don't bake a lot, so I did not need to buy the 6 qt Mixer, and should've bought a smaller mixer, however, if you do a lot of baking then this Stand Mixer will probably be prefect for you.

This is my first KitchenAid Mixer, and it won't be my last. I am very happy with this purchase. The dough hook is amazing! This mixer is worth every penny!

I started out with the Artisan a bunch of years ago. I upgraded to the Pro 600 because the Artisan couldn't handle the bread making. Unfortunately, the 600 wasn't that much better. It says that it can handle 14 Cups of flour, but it can't. It's way too light and flimsy and starts whining before it hits 10 Cups, and that's only white flour. I don't even tempt the heavier bread flours. When I cream butter and sugar, the beater doesn't scrape the bottom of the bowl. The KA Mixer is definitely NOT made like it use to be. Did I get the lemon of the run or does anyone else have these problems?! Love the Green Apple Color but will not buy another one unless they start making quality products again.

I really didn't know if I would use one of these as I don't generally do a lot of baking but have used this many times since our purchase. We've made cookies, muffins, crab dip etc.
I find it very easy to use and to clean.
The pearl metallic looks great on my counter.

This is an upgrade for me, for the size of the bowl the powder of the motor.Make preparing batter so much easier.

This is my first kitchenAid mixer. I had been holding out for one in pink and there it was, just before Christmas! I have been using a hand mixer for years and consequently did not bake often, as it was too labor intensive. What a HUGE difference with the KitchenAid! It is now a pleasure to bake and everything tastes so much better because of the better and more even mixing.The only problem is that everyone wants me to bake all the time now and they all have requests! I truly do love to indulge them and can now do so easily. It is also beautiful to look at on the counter. Thank you for bringing in the pink color.

I have used the mixer multiple times since receiving it. It works excellent! It came faster than anticipated and customer service has been top notch!. I got the copper pearl and i love it. It makes baking so much easier as i have problems with my wrists and hated to bake before. Now i love it! You won't regret this purchase. And with easy pay anyone can afford one.

This is a great heavy duty mixer. I got it as a showstopper in time for my christmas baking.

I have been wanting this mixer for years and finally took the jump to order this show stopper. It was out of stock, so was told that it would be about one week before they got them back in to ship to me. To my surprise, i received it even before the date they told me that they would get them :) What service is that ! I could not wait to get home with it and open up my box. Oh my gosh, I LOVE the color ( was going to order white however the customer rep asked me a few questions and I decided to order the Expresso) and happy she took the time to help m, just LOVE the color. I made cup cakes for the post office gals, that was the first thing I made in it. It worked so well sturdy, fast no excessive noise. I heard a few reviews about it vibrating around your counter, even on the highest speed mine does not do this. stays right in place whatever the speed. Mixes well, love the free blade that I received with my show stopper its scrapes the sides of the bowl, I use that blade the most.
Going to make shortbread cookies today to give out to friends and business's who go the extra mile. Going to make lemon pound cake tomorrow. Can't say enough about it, just love it and wonder how I managed without my wonderful mixer. It sure is a KICHEN-AID like another helper in my kitchen and In don't have to bump into her all the time.
