Still have not seen any rebate. I called the customer service and she said I can go online on their site and print it off and mail it in... Don't see where that it... any help from previous customers with this would be handy.

Love to make my own pasta and these 3 pieces make it very simple and very quick. Hard to keep up to the speed of the roller. Making pasta only takes a short time with the help of these rollers and cutters. Haven't received the mail-in rebate as of yet but it was to take 8-12 wks.

Have yet to see my review posted about the expired mail in rebate (there is another one but it took a number of calls to find it AND you can actually fax it in_I KNOW).

Holding off on trying it out until the rebate comes back etc. Seems of very good quality (it's Kitchenaid and crazy expensive it better be good quality)

The brush supplied with these rollers could be of a higher quality.

The actual Kitchenaid box was a little beat up but the shipping box was in A1 shape and the appliances seem to be in OK shape.

(Settle down over there in the shipping room!)

Product arrived timely. Shipping box had no notable damage. Kithchenaid box had notable holes and general wear/tear. Still waiting on $20 mail in rebate as it is still advertise bit may have expired in December 2012. Was assured when I placed order that the mail in rebate a) was not expired and B) would be included with my shipment. Rep did not follow up with email indicating status/timeframe to receive rebate.

I have this particular three piece pasta set. You don't often see this sold as a threesome, usually it's only the two pieces. Also, at this great price I'd recommend anyone interested in making their own pasta take advantage.

Home made pasta is soooo delicious. You can make a larger batch and either dry or freeze the extra pasta. The flavoured pastas don't really add much in the way of extra nutrition, in my opinion, only trace amounts. But, adding a touch of either parsley, garlic, paprika, fine lemon zest, etc., whatever strikes your fancy, can add some dynamite flavour to your meal.

Something else I discovered is making tortillas is so much faster using the roller attachment! Nice little bonus having those tortillas rolled out so fast, other types of doughs for flat breads will work with this roller, too. If they are the correct consistency and similar to pasta dough. I would NOT recommend using the cutting attachments for anything other than pasta dough. Those attachments are only to be used for pasta.

Please read the instructions and get to know your attachments first, before starting to experiment with them. Once you have developed a 'feel' for them, it won't take long to become an 'expert'. And before long, you might find yourself happily experimenting with various types of pasta and better yet, eating the yummy results!
