Rogers LG Optimus L3 Pay As You Go Phone Bundle with SIM Card, Jelly Case and Airtime

I bought two of these bundles for Christmas for the kids. They are really enjoying these phones. No problem using them. Both boys are in college. The one has a file system set up for some classes using the camera. Their other phones had out lived their use. Quite pleased with the purchase.

To repeat what the other reviewer stated: if you think this phone will only cost you ten dollars a month, you will be disappointed. They lock you into a plan if you want your emails or google search. I find that using this phone has prepared me for buying the "upgraded" i phone or blackberry type phone. Now I know what I need in my next phone... I want the best with keys that I can control when I type. This phone is very touchy on the keypad and the number pad... you have to be very precise or it drives you crazy, because the letters and numbers are very close together and not on a raised key. A good learning tool, though. Kind of expensive fun.

Hi I got this Pay As you go phone as a christmas present. I did have a rogers flip phone. Yes this new phone is a little different but it is very simple to use. My mother is 80 years old and she has a celular phone too. Anyways it was an excellent price and Rogers is an amazing company. I have been with them for years. I love my new phone.

Returned this phone(unopened) because we found the exact same one for half the price on boxing day at a large electronic store minus the cell phone gel cover which is easy to buy. We also do not like the "pay as you go" add on with the package,very deceiving, we have phones that are "pay as you go" we get a $100.00 for the whole year which folds over as long you buy another card at the end of year so yes tricky, but works for us, alot less then some locked in plans. Do like the phone though.

The Rogers Pay as You Go plan is not what we thought it was, exactly. I only make the occasional telephone call and wanted to have a cellular phone to carry in our car in case of an emergency or roadside breakdown. The pay as you go options require "topping up" of $10.00 or $20.00 per month whether you use the phone or not...so it means each month your money vapourizes and you need to fill the bucket again! For the one or two telephone calls each year, it's an ongoing wasteful expense I cannot afford. The plan descriptions are quite misleading.

I bought this phone as the showstopper and what a great deal! I had the old dinosaur flip phone and definitely needed an upgrade. This is proving to be the right choice for me. I am not too tech savvy but the people at the Roger's Store were more than happy to help me out with my million questions. Now I can finally text my daughter who hates talking on the phone...so uncool you know. Its taking me a bit of time and practice but if I can do it...ANYBODY can! Anyhow, it is a beautiful phone and I'm very happy with my purchase.
