Work out the wrinkles
from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
The demos on TV were fantastic. Why don't they work as well at home? Although it's a good product it doesn't preform at home like it did on TV. It's okay, but not "the item"I thought it would be.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Works very well.

I have been using it now for a couple of months. It is so easy to use as its one temp setting for all your fabrics. It does a excellent job on anything that I've ironed.

Ironing is so much easier now, great product
Love this Iron
from Lower Mainland, B.C.
This Iron is different than any other Iron that I have owned. The steam it generates is amazing! You have to be careful to release all the steam before opening up the valve to add more water, however after you have done it a few times, it's not a big deal. It takes a few minutes to heat up, but it sure cuts the ironing time down as it gets the wrinkles out fast! Best Iron I have ever had!

I have gone through many irons in my lifetime and always have hard water and rust coming out onto my clothes and my ironing board cover covered with water and dirty. This iron makes ironing very easy. There is no need for spray sizing for my husbands work shirts. I can steam dresses just holding the item on a hanger. Yes, the handle does get hot, but, you cannot dial up to the highest point. Medium steam is plenty for any materials. Very happy with the quality and how the iron performs!
Best Iron Ever
My wife & I have been using this iron for over 2 years now and haven't had any issues. Product performs as advertised and we couldn't be more happy.Just be careful not to overfill the water tank to avoid the excess water coming out with the steam. It does take time to warm up but once it's ready ironing is a breeze and you're done in no time.
I bought the first model that aired on the Shopping Channel and returned it. It doesn't go through seven layers - my table linen had to be ironed the "old fashioned" way because it's so damp from the steam that it can mold if you store it before it had dried after ironing. Who wants their linen out to dry once you've ironed it? It is good for material that a normal iron can scorch. You almost scald yourself when you want to add more water - it has a boiler tank that is horrifically hot - so you have to wait for it to cool before adding water. By that time, you don't feel like ironing anymore.
Got as a gift.lasted 4months.thought someone dropped it cause the handle would get x-tremely HOT! Deemed useless. bought another n 6mths later-same thing! I could've added more on d $300.00+ spent n got d real deal. I am so dis-appointed n upset that it didn't even last long enough to get my money's worth! I guess the material shrinks w/ e-treme heat then steam starts to leak thru d seams n burn my hand. BOTH R GARBAGE NOW! WHAT A WASTE! SAVE UR $$$ N GET A REAL ONE.

I love this iron.I use it on my every day items as well as my uniforms. This past summer, I used it on my girlfriend's wedding dress - did an amazing job steaming out the wrinkles - and it did not leave a mark on her dress!I love the "no heat" safety factor as well!
