Lennie for Nina Leonard Short Sleeve Empire Waist Scoopneck Dress

I went down a dress size and I loved these dresses so much I bought all the colours available in my new size.

Got this one in the multi as well as the black.Every time I wear them, people ask me where I got them. Comfortable and chic. Love the fit and the quality is superb. Of course, I wouldn't expect anything less from Nina Leonard. Just try this line. I warn you, it's addictive.

It's true, the dress is lovely, and someone else may well look quite lovely in it; however, it doesn't suit me at all. The scoop neckline is far to low for my comfort level and the bustline is very tight - uncomfortably so. Thus, I will return the dress, and hope to find another that works better for me. Since my return is based on personal preferences, and not related to the quality of the dress, I would still recommend friends consider purchasing the dress, but, with the information I and others have provided on the site.

loved this dress and got it in several patterns/styles. My only complaint is some of them fit tighter in the chest due to the extra lining/support. Unfortunately had to send two back. Wished Lennie would make his dresses available in longer lengths for us tall girls.

I bought 2 of these dresses love the comfort and style can dress the black up or down its definitly a go to dress... easy care and just throw on with nice jewelry and your set day or nite.. no fuss

I see that some other ladies had trouble with the fit of this dress but I did not have that problem.
I bought all five colours.

I was excited when I opened the package because the purple was such a beautiful rich deep colour.
I have several Lennie pieces dresses and pants and tops and love them all....but this dress is HUGE. I sent it back today disappointed.

I agree with the other reviews, this dress was "falling off" big. Usually I find that the dresses by Lennie are standard in their sizing, but not this one. I orderes two of them and both went back, unfortunately. It also made me reluctant to order the next dress showstopper by Lennie because I could not count on the sizing.

I am a petite plus size and have large upper arms. So many dresses are sleeveless and too long. This meets all my wants in a dress. I have had many compliments and might order another one in a different colour.
