Lori Goldstein Printed Scarf

This scarf, in purple, is my first purchase from Lori Goldstein. I had been looking for a scarf in a specific shade of violet-purple and this one fit the bill - as did a couple of others.

So why did I choose to purchase this scarf instead of the others? The main reason is that, at the time I ordered it, all of Lori Goldstein's items came with 4 Easy Pays. This way, if I didn't like it and decided to send it back, I wouldn't be tying up as much room on my credit card till the refund came through. Of course, it also helps the budgeting when you spread expenses over a few months. It may not be a lot of money but every little bit counts!

As it turns out, I like the scarf a lot and will be keeping it. It's silky-soft, very well made, and, in reality, the colour is a beautiful vibrant shade of violet-purple.

I also really like the fact that it's a large scarf and can be worn in so many ways. And because it is so luxuriously silky, I don't find it overly bulky when worn around my neck.

So thanks to TSC and Lori Goldstein for the 4 Easy Pays that helped me make this buying decision. It was a great introduction to the Lori Goldstein line!

I wear this scarf around my neck with a tunic and skinny jeans. It has a lot of material but folds nicely and is not too bulky. It is nice over a collarless tunic in the winter for warmth. The colour is a great compliment for my skin tone. I also plan to wear it over my bathing suit as a sarong around my neck or my waist. Light and airy and feminine. Need to be careful that it doesn't snag but worth it.

I've worn it a few times already. I can tell that it is synthetic because it has that slightly slippery feel when I rub it between my fingers. I like generous scarves and don't find this to be overwhelming like some others think - I just fold it flat when I want it to lie closer to me under my coat. The material is like the gauzy lining of a long hippy skirt, but maybe a hair thicker. I got the purple one which reminds me of a bunch of lilacs. I rarely buy anything made of synthetic material so I took a chance on this. I wear it during cooler days when I walk my dog so I don't get a damp icky feeling when I sweat. I'm keeping this because I really like its size and the print and colours are pretty nice. Even on sale for a bit over $XX, I think it barely just makes it worth the price. -2.5 stars for its thin, open weave and -.5 for the price.

I bought this in the camel colour and really like the look of it. I don't find it to be too big as others have stated though.

My only complaint is that it snags easily so I probably won't be wearing it as much as I would have liked to!

While the fabric and print was lovely, I had no need for it after deciding to send the Showstopper tent top back. Both the scarf and the top had way too much fabric. Who needs all that hanging on their body?

These scarves are beautiful - I purchased 2 - the material is really nice - but they are just too big -half the width would have been better.

Very nice scarf, alot of material you can wear tied many ways. Good price. I bought the black print. I washed mine before wearing due to a slight smell. Washed in cold water on the delicate cycle. Took care of the minor issue.

I bought this scarf to wear with one of my new Guilliame jackets.

The material is nice, the color is nice, but it's way too big. BC winters don't require to be so totally wrapped up.

So, back it goes.

agree with previous review - generous and soft scarf, purple is a lovely colour which I should get much use of. Great scarf for the price.

I have been looking for a scarf in a perfect color purple for a long, long time, thanks to Lori I have found one. The fabric is very soft, the color and the pattern look amazing, great investment piece.
