Warranty Information: Lug offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Lug will repair or replace, at its discretion any product found to be defective under normal use. Limited lifetime warranty covers any hardware, zippers, buttons and stitching. Lug will only replace the items that seem to have manufacture defects.
Care:
Lug bags are all water repellent, and is suggested that if your bag needs spot cleaning you simply wipe it down with a wet cloth. It is not suggested cleaning Lug bags in a washing machine. If your bag requires more than spot treatment, hand wash with a mild detergent in a tub or sink. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry for a few days.
