Cute!

I bought this dress in mustard, an unusual (nice) shade. While it is too short to wear as a dress at my age, I will wear it as a tunic combined with leggings in different colours. The cut is also perfect for a wide palazzo pant, since I bought it in a smaller size to fit snugly from the waist up.

The cute belt looks like tiny white ceramic tiles that can also be worn as a necklace.

Lots of flexibility with this well-priced item.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
