The cut resistant glove represents a natural extension to the line and is the perfect addition to any kitchen. The Artisan Series from Microplane feature their signature, American-made blades. The red framed fine blade is perfect for zesting citrus as well as grating hard cheese like Parmesan, ginger, nutmeg and other spices, while the white framed coarse blade is ideal for grating chocolate, coconut, and vegetables like carrots (they can also be used for hard cheeses). The Microplane cut resistant glove is made of a seamless, cut-resistant, wire free knit. The glove is suitable for either the right or left hand and one size fits most - it provides a layer of protection when using sharp cutting tools like graters, peelers and knives.
