I washed the product in cold water the day I received it. The dark colour ran all over the light blue on the inside of comforter. I was so disappointed.I thought maybe if I ran it through the wash again maybe it would come out, nope that didn't fix it, it got worse. The return process for this item was another disappointing experience I got the run around from customer service even after the item return was confirmed via. Canada post tracking. 28 days after the item was received by the vendor I still have not received my credit.The customer service rep also informed that I would have to pay a restocking fee? for a defective product???
