Miracle Blade Santuko Knife

I like it. It does what they say it will do. I found the handle to be a little less then perfect. Not uncomfortable, but not perfect. Excellant value! Food does not stick to the blade. Have recommeded this to friends.

Works very well, sharp but needs a sheath to cover blade when storing knife as well as prevent slicing one's hand.

Very sharp blade which cuts through harder materials very well. Because you position your hand on the fat part of the handle close to the blade, you get an efficient use of your arm strength in the downward slicing action, but I'm not crazy about how the first joint of my forefinger presses on the top of the blade - it hurts a bit. If it stays sharp as they promise, it's a bargain with free shipping. My daughter thought it was the best knife in her kitchen. I like the action of any blade with the Santuko ridges.

Love, love, love, this miracle blade. Truly is a miracle. It dices, chops, minces, cuts and food doesn't stick to the blade.

I wish I had been introduced/purchased this blade eons ago. Makes life so much easier.

I only wished that it had some kind of casing to store it in.
