Not completely happy with phones

I was pleased to get 3 phones for use on both levels of my home. The size of the phone keys allow me to use the phones without reaching for my reading glasses.

But the major disappointment to me is that the lighted displays on the front and back of the phones frequently stop working. Then I have to remove the battery and replug it to see the display again - this is annoying, and shouldn't happen - right?

Doesn't work in Apartment Buildings

I recently purchased this phone. I live in an condominium building with an intercom system with the front door. I was unable to open the door when someone rang. After various attempts, I called Motorola and they advised me that some of their phones are not compatible with the intercom systems and this is one of the phones Not good. The should advertise this fact.
