Mr. Max Batwing Top

Love the bright color it will be nice to wear with white leggings. Ordered a xs fits great.

I bought this top in 2 different colours, in the same size. They are made very small - one being considerably smaller than the other. They were supposed to be the same size and there is quite a discrepancy. Needs better quality control on the sizing.

The tops themselves look pretty but, I won't be able to wear them. A shame.

Despite some negative ratings, I ordered this top. I was actually surprised how nice it is! There is lots of material and it is flowy and elegant. While I agree that the quality of the Mr. Max line has gone downhill...I think this is one piece that is still quality.

I have three of these tops and love them all. The only suggestion I have for a more flowing look at the waist is to unravel the thread on the side seams about 4" up from the bottom--this makes a better looking garment when on. I would have given five stars except for the overall quality of the stitching.

It, surprisingly, has no style when you put it on. Maybe it's me, but it just looked like I was covering myself up with two large scarves that I had sewn up on both sides. The only thing I would add is that it may need to be more "flowing" in areas other than the "sleeves" so that the very simple structure and construction of the piece wouldn't be so obvious. You can't love everything, right?

I have this top in the fuschia. I wear a tank top underneath it. The material is light and flows so lightly when I move. Love the way it feels. I wear it to work and get lots of compliments on this top.

Junk, junk, nothing but junk. After many years of being an excited, avid and loyal Mr. Max buyer, I've decided I am SO DONE with this line. In recent years, I've noticed the quality is no longer there..no elastics in waistbands (not in 3X anyway and they're made smaller); pant-suit jacket collars are ALWAYS stand-up (can't you think of anything else!); and material on ALL items is rag-like as it is with this item. In years past, I was so very proud of my many Mr. Max items and always received compliments on my outfits. Those days are long gone..my strong suggestion is to fire your current designer and rehire your designer of 5 years ago.
