Nicole Lee Vintage Print Boston Bag

I ordered this bag for my 24 year-old fashionista daughter - and when it arrived, nearly kept it for myself. Fabulous design, super stylish, and very well made with lots of attention to detail! I disagree with the previous reviewer in that I think the bag does look like printed leather - but since I'm not trying to fool anyone, this doesn't really matter to me. My daughter tells me she has been inundated with compliments on the bag - we have both become huge Nicole Lee fans! Thanks TSC, for introducing us to this line.

I ordered this bag in the "Cosmetics" design and it isn't at all what I expected. It doesn't look like leather, it doesn't feel like leather, it doesn't smell like leather and I don't believe that it will last like leather. I will only wear crossbody bags and I would be surprised if the long strap on this one didn't stretch and break all too soon.
I could still return it and am debating as to what to do.
I don't think it will stand the test of time, if used as an every day bag but I like the pattern and the animal print, quality aside.
I keep several, in case of, items in the trunk of my car and at this point they've always been in a plastic bag. Well this is a very roomy and pretty alternative to the plastic supermarket bag.
Chances are I'll keep it, just because it's cute and spacious and will look a lot better when I open my trunk, then the supermarket bag.
This way it will last a long time because it won't be handled very often.
The fact that I have an extensive collection of quality leather bags from various vendors at The Shopping Channel that I paid the same amount and much less for, this one I'll consider high priced eye candy.
