Olympia Faux Furs Crushed Faux Fur Rabbit Fit & Flare Long Coat

I wrote a previous comment and the TSC wouldn't post it - it was too honest of a comment, maybe they might post this one!

It is a VERY VERY heavy coat and will make you look HUGE HUGE HUGE (a very boxy fit - like one of the reviewers pointed out)!! it's only for small figures.

Worst coat Olympia has made.

Good thing I can sew, because I'm making a vest for friend of mine and the bottom a mini throw.

As a last chance clearance, I can't return it.

But if you so chose to buy this coat anyways, the measurements are true to chart size. Don't worry about getting it dirty, no one will see the mess.

Don't waste your $$ on this one.

Just received the coat yesterday.

The faux fur rabbit is not soft and looks CHEAP. The black/grey color is nice though.

The coat is HEAVY and very boxy. It look good on the TSC models because they are size 0 and sub 0 so it would look a nice fit on them; however on a large woman - you will look much larger that you already are. It made me look like a line backer for a football team.

With that being said, if you are a large figured women, then this coat will compliment - hide your figure. It is a very warm coat for the winder and being the color that it is, will not show the dirt. Certainly is a 'beat around home, gorcery shopping, who cares what happens (rips or stains)" type of coat. Your animals should fit it cozy to lie on.

Because I bought it on the clearance sale price, so I'm stuck with it. Anyone willing to buy it cheap? I'll just end up throwing it out or cut it up and turn it into a mini throw blanket.

Beware when buying this coat - it will NOT give you a femine fit.

Please disregard my enthusiastic first review.Upon reflection and comments from my partner I realize that the coat was too large and have returned it.Coat is lovely though but sizing is an issue......

Upon reading this review I was hesitant to buy this coat but you don't have to be .Fit and flair should be based on waist measurement because that is where it is the most narrow.I am a 30"waist but was afraid to get a medium which probably would have fit me but I ordered a large which is generous.There is about 6"overlap which will be fine once I move the button over and use an extra large snap to hold the other end up making the coat very warm and cuddly.The shoulders fit well and I should be able to fit bulky sweaters underneath.The bottom should not swing open with a good overlap and if it does-more large snaps to the rescue.Beautiful colour and material.In a swing style of coat I would order a medium....

I am Always a size ''M'' with Olympia...except this time! Fabric and colour are A-1...however it is small across the back and the button&hole are 2inches above the waist seam. This One could live with if a belt was worn but it gets worse as you go down. The edges of the front only just meet when you stand still. One step and it is wide open....a chilly thought!! If only there were one or two hooks ..maybe more and a bit more fabric to enable the gap to overlap it would not only be a better finish to enhance the look, the wind would be off the legs! Too bad..it is a pretty coat...but with the above faults it must go back to the drawing board.
