Half sizes order UP!!
If TSC had kept in the review I wrote when I bought these shoes these other customers could have been saved some frustration. In Orthaheel sandals half sizes order down. In shoes order up, especially in the Weil which runs smaller than most Orthaheel shoes. I do wish TSC would monitor the reviews. I only write a review when I think I can contribute something meaningful which will be helpful to future buyers. So when a detailed review is bumped it's just annoying. I'm very happy with these loafers and was hoping I could find another pair in a different colour. Love my pewter. It does fit a little narrower. Much narrower if you compare it to the Maddie.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

great quality shoe
I own several pair of sandals with this line and learned that for enclosed shoes like loafers or runners, go up a size.I did that with these and the fit is wonderful.love love love them.

Fabulous style, disappointing sizing.
from NEW GLASGOW
From a quality and style perspective this moccasin is a 5-star shoe; BUT, the sizes are off. I own four or five other pairs of Orthaheel shoes, I always wear an 8, ordered this shoe in an 8 and could not get my feet into them. I have narrow feet, so width is not an issue for me. Very disappointing because no one likes to waste money on shipping charges unnecessarily. Mine are on their way back...and, because I don't want to waste another shipping charge, I won't be trying size 9. I cautiously recommend this shoe - but be careful of the sizing.

WE REALLY REALLY NEED HALF SIZES!!!
from Richmond Hill, Ontario
The concept of this product has so much potential if only the manufacturer can understand that their target market are customers suffering with issues of foot comfort. So, it is obvious to myself as well as the other customers that sizing is of the utmost importance; otherwise, the shoe is useless and may in fact do more harm than good.A simple solution would be to provide a sizing chart where the customers can measure prior to ordering their regular sizes (which do not match Orthoheel sizes BTW) Then, to actually provide sizes to suit ALL customers: Half sizes, medium, wide widths etc...unfortunately, if you really need this type of product its absolutly essenctial to get fitted properly!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Why only MED. WIDTH ?
I was very disappointed that these did not come in a wide width. I just can't seem to find shoes that fit comfortably. I have a high "in-step" and bunions and I realy need comfortable shoes.TSC please talk to your buyers. Thanks.
Great shoe but ...
As someone who should but hates to wear orthotics, I was really excited to receive this shoe and when it arrived I was not disappointed - it was a beautifully made, quality shoe. As I wear a half size, I followed the recommendation to order the size down but it was just too small - even though I could tell the shoes would have been really comfortable if available in my size.Hopefully you'll consider making these in half sizes soon so that everyone can benefit. I was sad to see them go back.
