Unisex Heated Vest

I gave this to my husband as a gift so he would be warm while walking the dog. Unlike the other reviewers, he did not have any difficulty with the battery or charge. He has worn it most days since receiving it and has several times told me that he had to turn it off because he got too warm but that the vest stayed warm even without the battery. The only problem with this is the size, I ordered the XXL and am glad I did, he usually wears a large but I thought if he wanted to put a sweater under it he would need more room. The XXL is more like a large.

So I finally waited and got a large size, I am 6 ft, 150 lbs, by no means a big person, still the shoulder and arm holes are still tight, but I overlooked that.
After using it 3 times of recharging the battery, it went dead, the battery could not turn on regardless of recharging. Perhaps its just my luck that the battery is defected. But I am not going to waste my time again.

I use this over my sweaters when golfing or on the range. Even in below zero temperatures outside, inside I am toasty warm. The battery took a bit of working out, I charged it but tried to get it to work without plugging it into the vest. Needless to say I was relieved when I plugged it in and the battery operated perfectly. Also it took about three hours to charge.

This is my all time favourite purchase from TSC to date. I am usually a large, ordered the medium and it is perfect. It is also very stylish and looks great over tunic sweaters and is snug under my winter jacket. I think this would be good to own if you live in a very cold climate as a safety vest for emergencies, for recreational and work use.

Order it in medium, that's my usual size, love the concept and it is comfortable & a useful novelty. EXCEPT it is tooooo small, I had to hunch my shoulder to fit in it. I returned it to exchange for large, except it was all sold out.
Honestly, get your sizing act together, you are wasting the customer's time as well as yours.

After watching this on TV, I was very excited as I do not like the cold and am always cold in the winter. This would be a great item for me. I would not have to wear so many layers. However, when it arrived and I tried it on, it was quite small. I ordered the large as it was unisex. No man I know, except my young nephew, could have worn that size. I took all the measurements but even that did not work. I was so disappointed. I had to return it and of course no more left. After watching the video on the website, the fellow there said you have to order up. This was from the announcer, not the person representing the product. Very, very poor. So disappointing. I would not recommend this item unless you order up, maybe even 2 sizes. Very small fitting.

After watching the item on TV, and it being unisex, I ordered a large. Way too small. No man I know could wear the large. It should have told you to order up and maybe 2 sizes up. Returned item but none left to reorder. Item looked good and felt good but sizing needs to be adjusted. No way the measurements they give match the item. Not sure if I would recommend this as I could not reorder proper size.

I originally ordered this vest in a size Small for my daughter. When it arrived it was extremely small. I sent it back and re-ordered the size Large. It is still a small large (I would say more like a Medium). Considering the size is unisex, it fits very small. Other than the sizing the vest is very well made and looks very fashionable.
