Serious Skin Clean Your Way with Bonus

I truly enjoy the great clean I get with this tool. I too had issues with the brush, I think it was a battery problem . I called the company., they asked me to send the brush / charger back to them and they replaced it . Great customer service!

I have been using this brush since last year and love it. It cleanses so well and gives you a variety of brushes to get the job done. The odd time it stops for a few seconds but always starts again. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. I am so glad Serious Skin is back in a big way. I've always returned to it when other products have failed.

I purchased one of their kits when the "Cleansing Tool" first came out. I specifically wanted the cleansing tool and I now wish I had purchased another well known Brand. I have wasted my money on the Serious Skin Care Tool/Brush. [Their creams are ok] I used it twice a week and wouldn't you know it...not long after the 30 days were up - SO was this Cleansing Tool Brush. When I try to use it now, it only works intermitently during one cleansing! Obviously cheaply made. As a consumer I find it Very annoying that TSC doesn't ask this Vendor what the "issue" is with their machine and why so many Customers are having the same problem. I have been purchasing items from TSC for approx. 15yrs and this is one purchase I really regret.

First bought a unit as a gift and two weeks later bought
one for myself. The feeling after using the unit was wonderful.
Too bad the units don't last. Was very careful with the unit
read the instructions and would use for maybe 5 minutes 4 times
a week. My unit would last with no more than 20 seconds and yes
it was charged properly. Left it alone for a week, tried again and again
no more than 20 seconds. The one I gave as a gift
lasted 5 weeks. Sad to say don't waste your money!!!

I had to return my brush to the company a couple of weeks ago...today i received a new one, needless to say i was quite impressed with the Serious skin care customer service!!

I was a little nervous reading other reviews wondering if my unit would work -- so far so good. I love how fresh my skin looks and feels. Like the product so much I purchased a second one as a Christmas gift for a friend. A good value for the price

I bought this for the sonic tool. It worked fine for a couple of weeks and then started working intermittently. Now it does not work at all. It will not take a charge. This is very disappointing to me. I have had such good luck with everything else from the shopping channel. I like the cleanser but I fell the sonic tool was a real rip-off.

This unit is comparable to the Clarasonic mio,in terms of cleaning ability,a bit more powerful though.The only caveat is it's Charging ability,I probabally acquired a defective unit,but Customer service was prompt in offering an Exchange unit.Mine's did not hold a full charge,perhaps 4-9 minutes total (booklet said approx.30 min's per charge).Long term durability might be a major concern.

I haven't had this cleansing brush very long, but so far it has performed extremely well and leaves skin feeling smooth and really clean. It is gentle, yet thorough. It's easy to hold and only needs recharging after several uses. Too soon to tell if my skin's condition will improve, but it sure feels good. My daughter loves hers too.

I had good luck with the cleanser machine for about 6 weeks. It started to slow down and wouldn't work at all on any of the higher settings. After 2 months, nothing. The other products are good so it is not a complete loss. It kind of turned me off buying from Serious Skin again. Will stick with E.G.
