The type of porcelain used is resistance to impact, resistant to oven temperatures to 770F (410C) and temperature variations such as freezer to oven or freezer to microwave. This nonporous porcelain does not absorb grease, odours or bacteria ensuring optimum hygiene and is also guaranteed lead free. The roasters are dishwasher and microwave safe.
