First please understand I love the earrings. I was wearing them today when something dropped on the floor and when I looked at the earring the silver bar holding the larger flower onto the hanging pearls had broken. I cannot see how to fix it. I called customer service and they told me since it is past the 30 days they cannot exchange.
This is not my fault I was driving in my car and the earring were in my ears. I would expect the company or someone to stand behind their product and replace the broken part. The customer service rep suggested I take it to a jeweller to get it fixed. I bought is Aug 9 received it a week later Aug 16 today is September 13th and you have no resolution? I am very upset and will be writing the shopping channel.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
