Not impressed

I just received the earings and am quite disappointed.
They are smaller than they look in the picture as are the pearls and settings.
The pearls on mine are dark grey but don't even closely match in colour.
Am I mistaken or are these pearls represented as pale grey or off white in the photo?
There is a wire that keeps catching on one of the loops attaching the pearl to the earring.
The cubic zirconia are dull and miniscule.
Pearl Lustre, I can't believe that you are promoting this poor quality.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
