This file is perfect. I am a health care provider and am very particular about the cleanlness and grooming of my nails and hands.
I tried this file when it presented as a showstopper many years ago and was so impressed that I purchased three more.
One for an extra purse, one for my daughter and one for her husband who is a surgeon.
Both my daughter and husband love them and use them all the time just as I do.

I didn't watch the Perfect Formula presentations but ordered this solely on the excellent reviews, and fortunately, they're all true. Love this file. Just a couple of things, perhaps the little case has been improved as my nail file stays firmly in place, but maybe it loosens over time so thanks to a previous reviewer for the heads-up. Another thing this great file does is encourage you to file nails in only one direction (toward the centre of the nail), at least that was what I was instructed to do many years ago. If you slip up and use it in a sawing fashion, you get all shivery lol. Now, just one tiny negative, and not really a negative but more a curiosity. I would have liked the roughened surface to be on both sides for ease of use.

I love this file and keep buying more and more, some to take to our get away home. It is the best I have ever tried and I have tried them all, only thing is it could be made a little thinner to get the sides of the nails easier, but it does a great job of not tearing the nail, and files very easily.

Leaves a clean, smooth edge and doesn't take too much off. This goes with me everywhere. I can't see myself ever replacing it with anything else, and it'll last forever.

This file deserves a rating of 10 stars. It is the best nail file I have found.

Does a great job! My only negative is about the case it is stored in. You need to be careful when holding the file in its case as the file slips out easily and I have broken two so far. It would be nice to have a closed in storage case.

A really awesome file. Better than anything I have ever owned. Does not rip nails.
