Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation with SPF 30

I use this product every day and have re-ordered many times but buyers should be aware of 2 things:

1. This product does not cover like a foundation; it behaves more like a tinted moisturizer. If your face is flawless and translucent coverage is what you need from a foundation then you might love this product.

2. If you are as fair as I am (I have red hair and VERY pale skin – I burn in 20 minutes in full sun) then I must warn you that you will need to use much less product than most and you will need to blend it into the skin to avoid the "orange" look.

Fair skinned people can wear this product but only if you apply it sparingly and blend very well into the skin. After applying this product, I apply a bit of concealer on my imperfections and I'm happy with the end result – I find that I have a soft glow instead of a pasty white face ;)

I like the way this foundation goes on smoothly and gives me a natural and translucent finish. I prefer no foundation foundation to other foundations because it is light in texture, keeps my skin moisturized all day and contains non-chemical SPF 30 protection. For those who prefer complete coverage from a foundation this is not the product for you. It would be great if the Shopping Channel offered Dr. Perricone's No Concealer Concealer and presented the two products as a set at a blockbuster price!

I love this product because of the healthy glow that it provides my 57 yr old skin. It blends in most of my skin imperfections, and if it doesn't I just use a little concealer on those spots. This product leaves my skin dewey whereas ordinary foundations leave it feeling thick and tight. I really wish this product was more affordable (as per previous comments).

I really like this foundation alot.It covers really well and goes on nice and smooth especially for someone who is older. Looks really natural. The only problem I have is that its quite expensive for the amount we are getting. Dr Perricone can you please make it more affordable for everyone.

I don't wear a lot of make-up so I thought this product would be prefect. I was EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED with this product. I found it to feel heavy and also sticky on my skin. I could not put it on my neck because it would have gone on my clothes, even after several hours it would still come off with a kleenex.

I love this foundation! As I age I find I like a lighter foundation and this works! I did receive a sample in a Shopping Channel product promo and have not been able to find a product with the same color or blendable consistency. I have looked at every BB cream on the market and this product is similar but superior. I am a light to medium skin tone and agree this product will not work on fair skin. I do agree the pricing on this product is rather high for the amount you receive. It would be great if "Perricone" would give you more for the dollars!

First off, I carefully listened for what type of shade it is good for, and I fell right into it. Having signs of aging, I thought this could help me.
It turned out I was orange like I put bad self tanner on my face.
Then there was the issue of my sensitive skin: it was feeling a bit hot, not burning, but not comfortable at all. It dried my skin, I ended breaking out Skin produces more oil to protect itself)And I used it once. So for one time use, I had gone back many months earlier in my skin condition (another brand sold here fits me so well , and I am a disciplined skincare user) I was not impressed at all.

I was going to give this 5 stars until I saw the price...I am not a foundation wearer because they are never natural looking, but received this in the summer beauty bag and was impressed how it gives a light, natural looking coverage and most importantly has the sun protection without feeling thick on your face like most SPFs...I was going to order it until I saw the price...Dr. Perricone is getting rich off us poor peasants with his ridiculous price for 1 ounce... come on Dr. Perricone at least give us 2 ounces for this price...no way am I paying [$] for 1 ounce!!!!

I got this product as part of the beauty makeup bag special for July 2012. It was a small sample tube, but enough to try and find that it was not for me.

It would suit a person with medium toned skin, that is already perfect, because it looks too brownish/ yellow on fair/light complexions. It also does not cover anything, like acne, age spots, reddish spots, or do anything for an uneven complexion.

I was disappointed for myself. I thought, oh, it is just a moisturizer with a hint of clear brown in it.

I gave it 3 stars, as I am sure it would suit a young woman with perfect skin, that needs a bit of moisture added to her complexion, and the ingredients are very good quality and good for your skin.

Takes the worry out of which color to buy for your skin tone. The foundation is not heavy which I love and the color is a perfect tone for me,
