ProForm 510 EX Elliptical

This unit came quickly which was a bonus only to turn into a complete nightmare! First started with missing parts. 10 days later I received 2 new parts which didn't fit. Again, 10 days later (shipped by Icon of Canada - using canada post none the less) once again the same parts didn't fit the machine! I then request for a technician to come, a week later after calling him every day he shows up and tells me that he never received my work order, that Im lucky he came only because I was bugging him. He then tells me that its not the part that doesn't fit, its the actual area that the part is going into that is wrong, orders me 2 new legs, they come 2 weeks later AND THEY ARE WRONG! They sent me a new technician with 2 new legs about a week later and they still didn't work.

Now almost 3 MONTHS LATER, I have a machine half put together collecting dust and still nothing! This is the fault of PROFORM in the cheap production of the item, NOT The Shopping Channel, they just sell the products. My suggestion to the shopping channel is to REMOVE this item. Please nobody buy it, even if you received a good unit, the process of trying to get help for it if something happens is horrible!

The first one I ordered was damaged during shipping, I did not receive. 3 wks later I received the replacement- (still paying for 2 of these) Replacement came with incorrect parts, called pro-form who then shipped correct parts but failed to tell me I needed a technician to replace said parts...tech guy shows (after 10 days) and does not have tools to fix the machine.

Terribly difficult to assemble. After using it twice, it's already squeaking. It feels unstable. I am very disappointed. I figured for something so pricy, it would atleast be good quality.

Just plain great, strong, efficient, and will last for years... get on and get going!

Incorrect parts included. The replacement parts sent were incomplete and could not be used. They are sending a technician - we'll see. I wish I hadn't bought this but at this stage it's easier to let them try to fix it than to ship it back!
