R.J. Graziano Striped Enamel Hinged Cuff

Another return. Was really looking forward to updating my accessories for the upcoming season. Didn't like the quality on this one. Good idea with the stripes though right on trend but finishing has to be better. I have to love it or it goes back.

I bought several pieces from the last tv presentation of the Graziano collection. This particular hinged bangle along with the "All Around" necklace and the set of 3 "Enamel Accent" bangles. The intention was to wear them as a suite. On inspection this hinged bangle had noticeable dings on the edges and it felt too snug around my wrist. The set of 3 bangles was too small - could not even get them over my hand. Lastly, the stringing material for the necklace could be seen between the big beads in the front when worn - simply not acceptable. Needless to say, all were returned. I'm somewhat confused about the sizing descriptions for the bracelets. Some 7" lengths fit while others don't. Some 7 1/2" lengths fit while others don't. Some 8" lengths fit while others don"t. There appears to be a lack of consistency or is it quality control?
