Not for me
By Cheese Lady
from Vancouver Island
I was disappointed again by Carol's jewellery. I have tried four times to become a fan, but have been let down each time, and sadly, this time too. The Moonstones were dull with no pretty play of colour that one expects. The setting is too thin and looks cheap. What can you expect for this low price point though?
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Lovely/Unfortunate Clasp Problem
By Admirer of Attention to Detail
What a shame that it is so very difficult to do up the clasp oneself since the holes in the chain are so tiny! A slightly larger ring at the end would have easily solved this problem, which I will try to add myself. In the meantime, though, I can't help but love the overall design and look and feel of this when on. It's dainty and delicate, yet so breathtaking! The moonstones with the white topaz are a perfect combination. Absolutely lovely! And the well-placed stones on the chain add extra value and charm to this inspirational piece. Got this in conjunction with a discount at the sale price, so no regrets at all! Feel badly for Carol Brodie on this one - obviously, her production team let her down. This could have been a 10-star bracelet! Not for those who can't get help to put it on, but it will not be a disappointment to moonstone lovers who want something special and can either fix this or get help to do up the clasp. It's also a winner for those who love eye-catching, but light-weight jewellery on their wrist!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I ordered the bracelet to go with a pair of moonstone earrings I had previously purchased from the Carol Brodie line. When I opened the box, I was disappointed. Although the bracelet is of a delicate design, the black rhodium plating makes the piece look like costume jewelry. The stones stand out only against a very dark background. Once they are placed next to the skin, they look dull in colour and are lusterless.
