Rarities Fine Jewellery with Carol Brodie Turquoise & Gemstone Sterling Silver Ring with Wood

I agree with the former review that this is a big bold ring and well made. I ordered my usual size 9 but it was a bit too small so am hopefull a 10 will come back into stock. Have many rings from Carol Brodies line and love, love all of them. Choose a different one every day as Carol said in one of her shows do not order my jewellery if you are not going to wear it proudly. I DO.

I love this BEAUTIFUL ring so much that I purchased a second one to keep as a reserve in case something happens to the first one. It's a showstopper and super comfortable to wear. I think it is worth much more!

First, I own several pieces from the Rarities Collection and haven't have a single complaint about any of them.
But this! First it isn't as it is depicted on line. The ring I received did not have the silver band. The entire band and base for the turquoise was done in wood. This makes the ring very top heavy. The turquoise was polished and shiny - around the edge, but had a huge rough and dull patch just off the centre of the stone. The border of white topaz was terribly uneven and had dark areas that looked like sections of stones were missing. They weren't missing - they were just awful. And last but not least - I ordered a size 8 and got sent a size 7 - and it's a small size 7.
I always look forward to the new items presented in this line, but the ball was really dropped with this one.
