I was not sure what I was going to receive after reading some reviews, I am pleasantly surprised with the sparkle, and am giving 4 stars only because the Prasiolite color is very light green, I am very happy with these, and they were at sale price.. glad I got them. I do not have any problems with large studs tipping on my earlobe as I got the earring kit number 468-102 which provides round discs and prevents this...... along with a variety of other stud fasteners, hope this helps..
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Bought these in the garnet and amethyst. Love them! I can't wear dangle earrings and it is so nice to be able to get such beautiful, substantial studs! Thanks so much Carol! The quality of the stones and silver are just amazing! Fantastic gift idea too! I'm going to get the blue topaz too! What an absolute steal for these!

This was my first jewelry purchase from TSC. I ordered the blue topaz and could not be more pleased. They are larger than I was expecting with very sturdy and substantial posts and backs. I would definitely order from this line again.

very light color
these e/r are nice but the prasiolate that I bought looks very clear so the green isn't noticeable .It's like a watered down green. Not great but not bad. I can use these sterling silver prasiolates with many outfits because of the effect or may give as a gift. But next time won't buy prasiolate from Carol B's line since I prefer a darker shade of green than what I got. Even mint for summer. But her topaz studs are beautiful! (which I have).

I purchased these as a gift. They are nice and I think the recipient will like them. For the price it was a good deal.

These earrings had to be returned. They tipped my earlobe. Tried them on my daughter but they tipped hers also

I missed out on the garnet and spinel earrings that matched the SS ring, so I purchased these studs. I am so very glad I did! They are a substantial size and are noticeable. The color of the garnets are that deep, dark, mysterious red. The posts are long enough. The backings aren't tiny. All, in all, they are perfect in every way. My only regret? That I didn't order other colors at the "this visit" price.

Under Whelming to say the least.
As with all Carol Bodies jewellery, these definitely under-whelm you. Her quality certainly leaves a lot to be desired. The size of these earrings is good but there is absolutely no color at all in the Prasiolite earrings. I guess you get what you pay for, and in this case you certainly don't get much. I can't speak to the other gem stones in this line, but the green looks so washed out it's almost white, so basically these look like big cheap looking crystals. They're going back, and because I'll now have to pay shipping both ways, I'll never buy from this line again.
love the color
if the Amethyst are as nice as the Blue Topaz, I will be very pleased with these studs, the Blue Topaz is a noticable blue, and the size is really just right. my first purchase of earrings from this line. The earrings backs are big, which is really important.
