How to use the Rio Neck Toner:
Before you begin treatment, it is important to do a patch test on an inconspicuous area of your skin for possible skin reaction to the conductive gel or the contacts of the device. Wait 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs.
To use, apply a generous amount of conductive gel to each of the gold contacts and play in one of just 3 positions. Turn on and the toning action will begin. You have total control, easily increasing or decreasing the intensity while feeling the muscles contracting and relaxing in a rhythmic toning workout.
We recommend using the 60 second neck toner for a maximum of 60 seconds on any one treatment area for and for just 3 minutes total per session. You can adjust the positioning slightly to give the strongest muscle contractions. Hold the unity in position for 60 seconds. Place the unit underneath your chin, near where you feel your pulse point - turn to left on the first application and to your right on the second. Hold the unit in position for 60 seconds.
How Advanced EMS Works:
Electrical Muscle Stimulation uses electrical impulses to help stimulate the muscles in a process known as passive exercise. This stimulation is similar to the nerve pulses, which causes muscles to contract and relax during active exercise. The main difference is that you don't have to think about it. The EMS helps to tone, strengthen and combat flabbiness.
