SENSA One Month Starter Kit

I am half way through month 5. My experience is exactly the same as Fab4gal in BC. I exercise several times a week, watch what I eat, have ony 10-15 pounds to lose. This product has done nothing for me.Month 4 Salty definately had an unpleasant taste. I'll finish using the 6 mths I paid for but I am cancelling the autoship. Don't waste your money on this product.

I have kept my opinions about Sensa to myself until now...

I just cancelled my auto-ship....

Let me state that I exercise 4-5 days per week and I wear a pedometer every day and take more than the recommended 10,000 steps that are suggested for Canadian's to have a healthy lifestyle etc...

I will be starting month #6 today (the 1st of May) and the only reason I am going to finish it up is because I already have the product as part of my auto-ship delivery...

I began this on December 1st and I have been using Sensa exactly as directed ever since. In fact, I always use up the product as specified, and there is never any left and I have never run out early. My system for using it correctly was to use ONE container solely for the first 15 days and then go onto the next container for the last 15 days and this is how I judged that I was using the correct amount, because I would end up using exactly one container every 15 days so I knew that I was sprinkling the correct amount and not over sprinkling or under sprinkling...

When you get to month #4, the product begins to have an odd odour. The Salt side (which does not container salt), has a cheesy odour to it while the Sweet side (which does not contain sugar) has a change of colour in the sprinkles as they are not white anymore, but rather a brown colour...I almost thought my product went bad so I phoned Sensa in the US and they said the sprinkles changed every month and if you see a change, it supposed to be as such...

Month #5 is the same as #4 in that they Salt side still smells cheesy and the sprinkles on the Sweet side are a full blown brown colour...

I thought I might have detected a bit of a fuller than normal feeling while using Month #5 but I seem to be a bit hungrier as I begin Month #6...

Eventhough I have been on this since December and used it as directed, I still haven't seen any change in my weight, I want to finish my product properly instead of throwing it away. I don't have a lot of weight to lose either (just about 10-15 lbs) would be it...

I went on the Sensa forum and practically had the people from Sensa point the finger at me that I was not doing everything I could to be getting the results that others do. This really turned me off. I won't be ordering this product ever again because the bottom line is that it does not work.

I bought the 6 month sensa kit. I'm on month 3 and i'm down 22 lbs and still going. I love the online support. It's the best. I had no plan on being on a weight loss program when i ordered and thought, gee i can sprinkle! I also almost immediatly decided to start making smarter choices. Every day i check in with my support group on [@] and we weigh in every Wed. I decided to see a change i had to make some changes and with sensa on my side helping to control my appetite i am a success story in progress! Today i reccommended it to my friend.

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounds. I dont taste anything different and no after taste. Great product!

So far I am on my second month and feel like I am gaining weight instead of losing. I watch my meal potions and exercise 30 minutes twice daily. I have not lost a pound. I really believe this is one of those weight loss gimicks, I shake it on everything that goes into my mouth. That's my opinion.

I use this as directed and do not find the taste or smell offensive as some do BUT it just dosn't do anything. Nothing!!!!! I believe I have been duped.

I bought the product in the last show stopper with the auto delivery. I've been on the progam for a month and I have gained 3 pounds 6 ounces since joining the program. I did not experience any taste or smell to the salty side but did notice a slight taste and smell to the sweet side. I get dizzy after using the sweet side. The dizzynes only lasts about a half hour then I go back to normal. I did not experience any further symptoms. I have heart condition so gaining weight is a bad thing, the whole point was to loose weight. I will be cancelling my auto delivery.

Bought 6 month Kit, after using for 2 months I couldn't understand why my stomach was so bloated so by order of elimination turns out is was Sensa. I am not a person who has IBS problems, or a touchy stomach.,..unfortunately by the time I figured it out it was to late to return now I am stuck with a small investment of useless Sensa

If Sensa were to re-package their product in LARGER sizes (so what if there is some left before you move on to the next month), then I would DEFINITELY try the plan again.

Anyone at Sensa reading this? Hope so.

I have used the product for about one week. I don't taste or smell anything. The problem is that I have already finished the entire SWEET side of one shaker of Month One and the other Month One is at the office (I purchaed the six-month plan).

I don't eat that much, so I really don't think I should be finished already.
