Système Sensa - Mois 3

I have lost 8 lbs in three weeks. I must say that you have to follow the directions to a tee. It isn't east at first to remember to sprinkle it on everything you eat, five times daily.

I have never lost that much weight so easily. I am now on month 3 and hope to lose aat least two more pounds to get down to my desired weight. I am sure that it will happen.

I also watch what I eat and haave cut down on sweets replacing them with fruit. I think this helps. Carbs I love and havene't cut back as yet.

My goal was to lose 10 lbs and happily and easily I am almost there.

i used this product faithfully for 3 months. i lost not one pound. what a waste of money. i would never advise anyone to spend money on this product, it's absolutely useless. I sprinkled this stuff over all my food, & not one ounce was lost. USELESS!!!!

The product looked promising. Used it diligently for 3 months. No weight loss- just gas and extra thirst. Wasted investment. Would love to get a partial refund - got a 6 month supply - what a waste.

I was very intrigued when the Sensa System came to TSC. Previously I had read a US article when it was still in the trial stages, and it sounded promising. The science was interesting, and when I did further reading and research, there was valid scientific evidence as to how the taste buds would be affected. It worked via the premise of Sweet versus the Salty. Each Shaker is divided in half with two flip tops. Medically it seemed sound. I thought it made "sense" and bought the system. At the beginning I found it a tad confusing as to which shaker side paired to specific foods especially ethnic varieties, even though a relatively thorough booklet was included, it could not cover every food. There were still foods that were difficult to categorize. I was a diligent user and followed directions and used it for over four months until I received a letter stating that Sensa was being recalled by the FDA in Canada for not going through our stricter program testing. It had been in the US for awhile. TSC was generous and refunded all monies one spent on their Sensa Systems. Pros: It is easy to use. A few shakes on your different foods and that was it. No change to the taste of the food either. The only discomfort I had with it was some on a social basis when eating out. It is suggested that you always keep one Shaker in your purse for eating out. When I was very discreetly shaking it over my food, it was still obvious I was doing something unusual and the questions started. I really did not want to have to explain what I was doing with some kind of white shaker at a large Thanksgiving and Christmas meal. The Cons were the product being pulled off the Canadian market until testing was done to ensure its' safety to humans and the big one... I had no changes in my weight whatsoever. I try to learn something from all my experiences, good or bad. I learned how much more the Sweet side was being shaken versus the Salty side which certainly made me rethink the sugar in foods that were even considered healthy for our diet but still high in sugar content. When Sensa reappeared I thought to give it a second trial period. I had no changes in weight loss despite both times and effort. I would be very hesitant to recommend it from my experience.
