Love this machine!

I use this in the morning for a quick work out before work, and on weekends I can do a longer workout with it. I can really feel it working! easy to use and assemble. The dvd really helpes you along! Very happy with my purchase!!

Fun and Effective

I just purchased this product over the holidays and I love it!
It's easy to follow with the provided DVD and the gliding motion makes it fun to work out.
I am finding it very effective for toning and even gets the heart rate up especially as a beginner.
The portability of this product too makes it a winner in my books as I don't have a lot of space and can easily disassemble it when necessary.

Fun but challenging

This machine is fun but, at the same time, really sparks a sweat after a short aerobic workout. The effect is significant from an aerobic workout, alone, and the muscles really feel the punch. I have only had this machine for about a week, but it holds great promise

Efficient, simple moves with results!

It've used lots of workout equipment. What I love about FitGlide is its simple to assemble, simple to use and it maximizes my time for amazing results. Rosalie takes such good care of you every step of the way. The core, your thighs and upper body are fully engaged without pain or strain!!! I love this product.

This is a great exercise piece that will allow many user levels from easy to advanced and I like that! Simple, with lots of exercise options- and if Rosalie is showing you how to do it- you will feel it!

I Love this!!!

I am a Personal Trainer in Guelph and my clients love using Fitglide. Any level of fitness can get a great workout from Beginner to Advanced. The abdominal exercises are very effective and the gliding movement make exercising fun. The solid 7 exercises are more than enough to get your total body in great shape. I definitely recommend this machine!!

Definitely Worth Purchasing

This is an amazing product. Each exercize definitely targeted the intended area. As well as the toning benefit, doing each exercize one after the other definitely increased the heart rate. Lastly, it is so well padded that it did not hurt when you had to kneel or lie on the machine.
