Great for musscle tension relief - do I think it will reshape my body - NO.

Really has great variable speeds and the different motions can certainly benefit aching musscles.

More and more you hear about vibration training being a benefit for bone density and this certainly has the power behind it.

So even though I don't have any illusions about it changing the shape of my body I do believe that it will have overall health benefits.

I ordered this product with great expectations. When it arrived I read the safety warnings and it says not to use if you have high blood pressure. So I go to send it back today and they didn't enclose the correct return label so I had to pay for shipping it back. During the show I watched they did not say anything about the contraindications. I am not impressed.

It meets my expectation. It is good enough for a quick massage. Easy to use. Don't wear wool, the velcro strap likes it:)

I have been using the V-Shaper for a couple of weeks and am excited about the results I have achieved so far. I am using it to exercise the body areas that need extra help, such as my upper arms and tummy. Already I can feel my core getting stronger and my upper arms have a better tone to them. Great product, and I will continue using it regularly.

This unit is very cumbersome, the vibrations are more irritating than soothing and the cord is too short. Before using it and possibly before ordering, I suggest you bring the info or the product to your Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to confirm if it's suitable for your condition. I have 3 ruptured disks & a fractured tailbone. My Chiro confirmed it would do more harm than good.

Item returned. Not what expected

I have no regrets on ordering this item. I work on my feet all day, and this V Shaper gives me a bit of circulation vibration that helps my feet, calves, back and shoulders to feel more refreshed, rather than drained. It's pretty much the price of one or two massage therapist visits, so I don't think the price is outrageous for the benefits. My son has asthma, so I'm going to see how this does with helping him loosen phlegm. It might be really helpful if you know someone with CF (I'm not a medical expert) but being able to "pound" the back may be really helpful. Worth a try for that function too. Haven't tried seeing if this helps with "physical" activity, but I love Rosalie Brown, and know that she promotes healthy living. I'm probably going to recommend this to my co-workers, because we all could use some good vibes!

I honestly could not live with out this product. I use it every night on my calves/legs/feet to help eleiviate the pain and stiffness caused by my plantar facitis. I can tell it's working to get the blood flowing when my legs start to tingle and itch a little. My feet always feel so much better in the mornings if i make sure to vibrate them the night before.
A strange side effect as well; I had a rash on my legs for over a year, that began to go away after I started using this machine. My doctor says that could be because of increased blood flow as well.
