Silk Impressions Blanket

So-o-o-o soft...you just want to touch it all the time. Very well made, excellent quality and workmanship. Anyone would be pleased to own one of these blankets. Keeps me warm when I need it, but never to the point that I have to kick it off the bed because I'm too hot. The blanket has a nice light weight to it, not heavy. Would buy again as gifts or another one for myself.

I have absolutely become a SILK IMPRESSIONS JUNKIE! The pillow and pillow cases, the duvet and now this! This blanket is unbelievably light in weight, silky smooth and so luxurious to the skin. I use a silk top sheet with this silk blanket on top. It is amazing how warm this blanket is. I feel that I could use just this blanket with a flat silk sheet underneath during the winter months.

Ladies - if any of you are FLASHING then this is the blanket for you because you do not over heat. Again, another FIVE STAR Silk Impressions gem...

This line may be little pricey - but you get what you pay for. I absolutely do not mind paying for quality and luxury! Worth every dime!!!!

This blanket is super soft and a soft ivory-white colour. Absolutely love it and will purchase again to give as gifts.

This blanket is 100% silk luxury. I can't wait until bedtime and I definitely don't want to get out of bed when it's time to get up in the morning...and it totally reminds me of my baby silk blanket...I love it :)

This is the nicest blanket ever. It is so warm on a cold winter's night, but not the least bit too heavy; with a bedspread over it, it is all I need. As it is breathable I expect I will also enjoy it, minus the bedspread, in all but the hottest summer weather. I bought a beautiful Silk Impressions throw as well, and consider this to be a high quality line.

I love the blanket which is everything I expected but for one small detail, how does one stop it sliding off the sheet and taking everythning else with it? If anyone has a solution, please share it.

This blanket gives warmth, despite its lightness. Great! Also, due to its non-bulkiness, it is easy to launder in the washing machine. Highly recommend it!

The problem of me sweating and my husband freezing is now a thing of the past. I can't sleep without an open window and perhaps even a small fan blowing. Yes, even in the winter here on the West Coast. No more having an extra blanket for 30 seconds, then tossing it on the floor or my husband stacking extra blankets on his side of the bed.

The first night, I just had the silk quilt on. Perfect sleep. Thought I would now try it with a cotton duvet cover so the quilt stays clean. Still a perfect temperature and wonderful sleep. The old quilt was too warm with a duvet and not warm enough without one. Extra blankets are extra weight and as my mom and I discovered, sore feet can be caused by too much quilt weight all night, especially for back-sleepers. Think of those poor toes being bent all night or even half the night from the in-step down.

Hubby always teases me about doing so much of my shopping on TSC, but purchases like this he is very pleased about. I hope you get more at Showstopper pricing as I would purchase one for each of my daughters as a special gift.

Received my blanket, aired it out, as it had a chemical smell to it, could not wait to wrap up with it, and it is the BEST blanket I ever had. Soft and snuggley, also light weight.

Would like the bed sheets and to go with it!

This blanket is very soft, light weight and cozy. When I removed it from the packaging, it did have a slight odour and a lot of static electricity. I aired it outside for a while and the odour disappeared and the static electricity gradually dissipated over a few days. I am now very pleased with this blanket and my husband loves it. We especially like the light weight warmth.
