Jade Kwan Pendant
Was a dedicated S by S fan in the past. Not so much now! Their quality control is not what it once was or I was very lucky in the past. The jade has a noticeable crack across the back which detracts from the piece. Wish TSC would stand behind the quality of its products ie. that they would automatically refund shipping costs and restocking fees.A damaged item should not be restocked for another customer to pay shipping and handling on. This is an unacceptable practice and will result in lost revenue in the long run, or at least it should. Not impressed with the return policy and did not find customer rep very helpful or sympathetic to my problem. I am not willing to chance an exchange with recent hassles.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
